Hey Victoria (it's me Markus J from the FB groups), you misspelling my nick again triggered some causal (no need to apologize, it's the causal that people do not perceive me the way I am or feel), or better would have, if I wouldn't have been very! intensely triggered by the audio which Johan has linked.
When Jesus tells Josephs "friend" Jacque that he has a female guide and the conversation afterwards really triggered some causals in me (I believe) and I believe it let me realize that I also have a female guide.
Regarding the video you have linked, I also have watched it and again it helped me a bit in understanding the "mechanisms" going on.
Regarding how I found to "the path":
Well, I guess we know each other for quite some time through the facebook group but I haven't yet told "everyone" how I found to the path. In short: My desire for truth in general but also, that I feel that I needed it in the sense that there were quite some things I just couldn't understand that were regularly happening to me and also a bit of my history contributed to it.
Maybe I'll write a longer version if you and others are still interested
